By downloading, registering, or using the Nexridez mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or its services.

2. About Nexridez

Nexridez is a platform developed and maintained by Webieon Technologies Pvt. Ltd., enabling users in India to share rides and send small packages. Nexridez only facilitates connections and does not operate as a transportation or courier company.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the personal information you provide.

4. Service Scope

• Users may post or join shared rides.
• Users may send or carry small packages via trusted drivers.
• Nexridez does not guarantee or control individual user behavior.

5. Payments

• All ride and package payments are made directly between users (cash or UPI).
• Nexridez does not process or hold any transaction funds between users.
• Only drivers may optionally subscribe to paid plans (e.g., premium visibility), processed via secure payment gateways.

6. User Responsibilities

• Respect other users and behave lawfully.
• Ensure vehicle and license compliance if offering rides.
• Do not send prohibited, illegal, or dangerous items.
• Use the OTP and tracking features responsibly for package deliveries.

7. Communication

You agree to receive important ride-related updates via WhatsApp, SMS, or in-app notifications. These are transactional and necessary for service coordination.

8. Account Termination

Nexridez reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent or illegal behavior.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nexridez is a facilitator only and is not responsible for delays, damages, accidents, losses, or disputes between users. All services are used at your own risk.

10. Privacy

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to this use of your data.

11. Modifications

Nexridez may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
